Netflix is going to start the new year with a bang as new thriller Fool Me Once, the latest TV adaptation from master mystery writer Harlan Coben drops on January 1.
The limited series is adapted from Coben’s 2016 novel of the same name and will be the eighth on-screen adaptation of his work through an on-going partnership with Netflix.
Fool Me Once will feature plenty of unpredictable twists and turns, while its story is relocated from the US to the UK. Speaking to Netflix ahead of the show’s launch, Coben described the series as a “pulse-pounder”, writes The Mirror.
“Fool Me Once is a pulse-pounder,” he said. “A shocking story of how secrets and deceit have the power to bring people together while simultaneously tearing them apart.”
