A man has been arrested at Salford Quays after being spotted 'swimming in the water'.
Local resident Alex Engel spotted police officers in the area near the water at around 3pm yesterday (Wednesday).
He said he then saw officers talk to a man 'in the water' who was 'refusing' to get out.
