Police have sealed off a park in Wythenshawe following reports of a stabbing.
Emergency services were called to Painswick Park in the Woodhouse Park around 2pm.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police confirmed police were called to reports that a 23-year-old man, had been stabbed.
His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
A small amount of cash is also believed to have been taken from the victim.
Eye witnesses described seeing a man move from the park to nearby Selstead
