Love Island fans 'work out' heart rate challenge twist for Paige and Jay despite dumping

Love Island looks set for explosive scenes on Tuesday night as the raunchy heart rate challenge returns. During the episode, Danica Taylor gets a text and the Islanders learn that they will compete against each other in a sexy challenge to try and raise each others’ heart rates the most.

At the end of the challenge, the Islanders find out if they’ve raised their partner’s heart rate the most or if they have some explaining to do… And viewers have already predicted a twist for Paige and Jay after the paramedic decided to cool off their romance on Monday despite a flirty conversation about them kissing earlier in the episode. Taking to Twitter, Love Island fans think the challenge could expose Paige's true feelings for Jay, leaving love interest Jacques O'Neill devastated.
