Love Island viewers were left cringing during the latest episode as newcomer Keanan Brand made a surprising move on fellow bombshell Rosie Seabrook, but was immediately rejected. The northern bombshell has unfortunately not had much luck since his entrance to the villa a couple of days ago, with his dates ending in friendship vibes. While Rosie immediately found a connection with Casey O'Gorman, Keanan was left being Claudia Fogarty's wingman instead as the drama kicked off between the group.
And during Tuesday night's instalment, which also saw Tom Clare and Samie Elishi using handcuffs in the Hideaway, Keanan threw another spanner in the works when he took Rosie up on the terrace for a private chat about their growing connection. While Keanan was hoping Rosie would feel the same way, the latter pretty much nipped any hope of a recoupling in the bud as she admitted she was still concentrating on getting to know Casey.
"Over the last few days, I've found myself really gravitating towards you," Keanan began with a grin. Instead of the reaction he was hoping for, Rosie giggled: "Aaaw that's really cute!" "Don't aaaw me!" Keanan scolded the brunette beauty, before asking: "Do you not think we gravitate towards each other?" Clearly seeing that this was a serious chat, Rosie explained her feelings in no uncertain terms.
"Obviously I think we get on really well," she said. "But obviously, at the moment I am getting to know Casey and I feel like I owe it to him as well to get to know him properly.
"I haven't like, given him a fair shot." To add further insult to injury, Keanan quickly realised that his attempt to put his heart on the line could become public knowledge round the villa. "This stays between us, obviously," he said
