At Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti’s daily coronavirus briefing Tuesday, L.A. City Fire Chief Ralph Terrazas provided an update on his department’s COVID-related efforts. He also offered praise for Sean Penn’s efforts to provide testing throughout the city.
