Joe Swash, 42, posted a picture of his daughter Rose’s packed lunch for the day – but some fans were left shocked at the contents of the box. As Joe's picture of Rose's lunch box revealed a chocolate biscuit sitting directly next to the exposed ham and sliced grapes, Joe’s culinary skills did not go unnoticed by fans, who were far from impressed by the food choices in the lunchbox.
The outrage poured in as one commented: “Nooooo - the biscuit can’t be next to the ham.” Another shared the same sentiment and added: “It upsets me that the biscuit is touching the ham,” while one boldly called Joe a “nutter”! Just a few days prior, Joe posted Rose’s lunch but though he took the credit for it, wife Stacey Solomon burst his bubble as she let fans know that it was actually her handiwork. She said: “Love how you’re taking all the credit for my food prep.
Typical.” Whilst that prepped lunch was praised, today’s box had many confused.
It wasn’t all negative as some agreed with the dad, with a fan commenting: “That’s decent. My daughter has the same packed lunch. No changes.
6 olives (green) 4 salami slices, crisps, fruit gems, cake/biscuit & sometimes some mini breadsticks. Not much but it’s better than nothing”. A fan, who happened to be a teacher, also praised Joe’s lunch for Rose as they said: “I’m a teacher and I’d be so happy if every child had a lunch like this.
Children need quick healthy snacks.
There’s not time for complicated sandwiches etc.” Along with Rose, two, Joe and Stacey share two other kids together, including Rex, four, and one-year-old Belle. Stacey is also mum to Zachary, 16, with ex-boyfriend Dean Cox and Leighton, 12, with ex-fiancé Aaron Barham, who she split from in 2014. Presenter Joe also has a son, Harry,
