Sarah Harding surprised fans by releasing a never-before-heard charity single titled Wear It Like A Crown, and she was even more shocked to find it has already made the charts.
Sarah released the new song in order to raise money for The Christie NHS Foundation which is where she is receiving treatment for her cancer, and fans are delighted with her new music.
