Helen Flanagan has told fans she's "bad" at being on her own in an emotional Instagram post, following her split from footballer Scott Sinclair. The former Coronation Street actress, 32, took to social media on Wednesday to open up about recent troubles she's been having with her car, revealing she'd broken down while in the vehicle with her two year old son Charlie. Helen, who is also mum to Matilda, seven, and Delilah, four, looked emotional in a black and white clip as she told fans: "Broke down in my car last night with Charlie, so annoying." She then went on to share a second video on her Stories where she shared her frustration with her followers.
"I don't know what's wrong with me," Helen said as she held Charlie on her hip in the video. "I broke down yesterday because I had a flat tyre. Then I woke up this morning... I don't know what's wrong with me.
I totally forgot, I was thinking 'let's go to nursery' and I was going to see my friend." She went on to say she was waiting for a taxi to collect her, adding: "But then I was like 'Helen, how could you forget? You broke down yesterday', so we're just waiting for a taxi." Not long after, Helen shared another emotional Instagram Story where she opened up about being on her own. "I'm really bad at being on my own. I constantly have to have my friends with me or be with me kids.
I just can't sit there with me and my own thoughts," the star candidly revealed. Helen's recent troubles come as she's set to make a return to our TV screens on I'm A Celebrity... South Africa, which begans on ITV on 24 April.
