Hardest working royal unveiled with whopping 179 engagements in one year

The ‘hardest working Royal’ has been revealed, with new research analysing the amount of engagements each family member attends in a year. Princess Anne has been revealed as the busiest Royal of 2021, with the 71 year old attending an impressive 179 engagements over 170 days last year, with her busiest month being July. Research by SavoyStewart.co.uk placed Princess Anne in the top spot, followed by Prince Charles, Her Majesty The Queen and then Edward, Earl of Wessex in fourth place.
Prince Charles, 73, attended a total of 160 events over 153 working days last year, followed by his mother The Queen, who, at the age of 95, managed to attend 151 events last year across 148 days, with her calendar being most busy in October where she worked a total of 20 days. Analysis from Court Circular records revealed that Edward, Earl of Wessex came in fourth place, with 121 events attended over 119 days.This was followed by Prince William, 39, in fifth, who attended 110 events over 106 days, with his most popular month being May. Perhaps surprisingly, William’s wife Kate Middleton, 40, was further down the list, fitting in a total of 65 engagements over 63 working days in 2021. The Duke of Sussex, Duchess of Sussex and Duke of York were not included in this study as they stepped down from their roles as royals.
