A Greater Manchester Police officer has been charged with making an indecent photograph of a child.
PC Lee Ashcroft was arrested on October 12, 2020, the force said.
The 38-year-old has been suspended since that date.
He will appear at Tameside Magistrates' Court on December 16.
PC Ashcroft works in GMP's Transport Unit.
