Now talking exclusively to OK! former cast member Gemma Atkinson talked about her friendships with the Emmerdale gang, saying: “It’s a really lovely vibe” She played Carly Hope from 2015 until 2017, the daughter of Bob Hope from his second wife.

Gemma also sees a lot of Michelle Harwick and her former on-screen boyfriend, Mark Charnock who plays Marlon. She says: “I see a lot of Michelle and Mark.” She adds: “I think the thing with Emmerdale is that it’s a really close knit pack. It’s just a really lovely vibe.
