Demi Lovato had three different treats to celebrate her 31st birthday over the weekend, and one of them referenced a very viral meme involving the pop star.
They took to TikTok on Sunday (August 20), to share a brief clip of the desserts that were on offer for her special day. One of them featured the likeness of “Poot Lovato,” a viral character that arose from a photoshopped image.

“I just wanna show you guys my cakes,” Demi said in the video, which started with a closeup on a heart-shaped, silver creation with rosettes of frosting and the number “31″ on it. “This one is so gorgeous.”
She deemed the next one, a cookie cake with rainbow frosting, “so cute.” Demi ended with a closeup on cookies with a print out of the “Poot” meme on them, saying that they were “so Poot” as someone laughed behind her.
Demi actually addressed “Poot” during an interview a few months ago.
“When ‘Poot’ went viral, that actually sucked because I thought that was a real picture of me, and I was like, ‘Oh no. That’s a really bad angle.’ But ‘Poot’ was photoshopped. Later I felt better about it because I realized that wasn’t my face, but it was definitely weird when it went viral,” they explained.
Earlier this year, they recreated another of their viral memes while promoting their song for Scream 6.
If you missed it, there was some big professional news involving Demi.
