Dancing On Ice’s Sonny Jay has revealed his incredible 12 week body transformation after switching up his diet and exercise routine.The Capital Radio host, 28, has gained 1kg in muscle mass while losing 2.4 kg of body fat. He revealed he used the MunchFit Lean plan to knock a point off his BMI and has shrunk his waist by nearly five inches and increased his chest by two.The presenter revealed that he was inspired to revamp his fitness after taking “a break” from exercise following his Dancing On Ice win in 2021. “I just crashed after the show.
