This weekend, artists and professionals throughout the music industry will be performing and discussing mental health at the first 320 Festival. Slated to take place Friday to Sunday, the virtual festival was created by Warped Tour founder Kevin Lyman and 320 Changes Direction co-founder Talinda Bennington to change the way we talk about mental health through educational sessions, musical performances, workshops and more.
