Dan Walker was forced to host his final ever BBC Breakfast show after getting less than three hours of sleep.Taking to his Twitter account on Monday, the 45 year old presenter admitted he had to make a lengthy and last-minute stop to charge his electric car while making his way to Manchester to host the show. Admitting it wasn't the best of situations to be in, Dan, who is set to launch his own show on Channel 5, calculated that he would eventually arrive at his location late at night, which would not allow him much time for rest. "I'm planning on about two and half hours sleep," he explained while sitting in his car.
