Audio from the 911 call placed from Alec Baldwin's "Rust" movie set featured a caller blaming someone on set for the accidental shooting that occurred Thursday, leaving one person dead and another injured. Two people were accidentally shot on the set of the film when Baldwin, 63, discharged a prop gun.The shot killed Halyna Hutchins, director of photography, and Joel Souza, director, who has been released from the hospital.

Albuquerque Journal on Friday published details of the frenzied 911 call, in which a woman who identified herself as a script supervisor told the dispatch operator, “we’ve had two people accidentally shot by a prop gun; we need help immediately.” The dispatcher then asked if the gun was “loaded with a real bullet,” at which point the woman said the film’s assistant director was responsible for checking the guns.

New details are unfolding from the accidental shooting incident that left one person dead on the set of Rust in New Mexico. Alec Baldwin, the lead star of the Western drama, accidentally discharged a prop gun on Oct. 21 that killed Director of Photography Halyna Hutchins and injured director Joel Souza. Santa Fe Police arrived at the Bonanza Creek Ranch set after receiving a 911 call — and that exact call has now been released to the general public by TMZ. It can be listened to HERE.

Margera’s suit from August is “baseless” and “riddled with outright lies.” The filing obtained by TheWrap says that Margera, whose real name is Brandon Cole Margera, was fired from “Jackass Forever” on August 25, 2020, for breaching his contract and failing to follow a “sobriety and wellness program” that it says he agreed to in order to participate in the film. But it adds that “the wheels came off” within a few months and that he committed multiple breaches of that wellness program.

Lawyers for Paramount Pictures are asking a judge to toss a lawsuit filed by Bam Margera aiming to derail the release of “Jackass 4”, claiming the suit is “baseless” and “riddled with outright lies.”
