"If you are a quality performance, that means we are who we are, you are closer to winning games. Today was the coin, the game was dangerous," he said.
"During 38 games and the amount of games we have, I knew the games would be like that. They respond well and in that moment of course winning is the most important. But not now, in September, October, November, December and every game we play, the most important thing is the results.
"For us because we live better and because all of you judge results and not performance. But today the performance was not really good. Because they are really good, they play for the Premier League [survival] they have incredible players with [Ola] Aina, with [Callum] Hudson-Odoi, with [Anthony] Elanga. The quality for [Morgan] Gibbs-White. Really good in build up. The physicality always I am impressed.
