Kane also helped Arctic Monkeys conclude the final night of their world tour as their special guest last week along with James Ford.Now, Kane has announced a fresh run of dates throughout Europe where he will play a solo electric show in the spring. It will see the musician tour eight countries across 26 dates.

Music Venue Trust and The National Lottery have joined forces to host a one-off free gig at the Eurovision Village in Liverpool, which is set to take place later this month.Scheduled for next Wednesday (May 10), the show is the latest instalment to the ongoing ‘United By Music Tour’ which features over 20 gigs at 20 music venues across the city.This marks the third time that the two organisations have joined forces, and follows a previously-announced series of shows taking place in Liverpool between May 8 and May 12, which all sold out within four minutes.Designed to both celebrate the city’s iconic music scene and support grassroots venues throughout the UK, the acts performing at Wednesday’s show include The Lightning Seeds, Girls Don’t Sync, Michael Aldag, and Miles Kane.The event will be hosted at the Eurovision Village at Liverpool’s Pier Head. However, the tickets will not be sold in advance, so those wanting to attend are advised to head down quickly on the day, as all 15,000 spaces will be given out for free on a first-come-first-served basis.

Miles Kane has hinted that The Last Shadow Puppets could return in the future.Kane formed the group with Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner in 2008. They released two albums, 2008’s ‘The Age Of The Understatement’ and 2016’s ‘Everything You’ve Come To Expect.’Speaking to Music Week, Kane said they while had no plans to reunite soon, he hasn’t ruled out another album for the group.He said: “We won’t be doing anything in the near future, but I think it’d be rude not to do a trilogy.“The trilogy would be the icing, wouldn’t it?”Previously, Miles said in 2018 that he would “never say never” when it came to the group returning on day. “The Last Shadow Puppets was good, I had great fun with that.

Lana Del Rey has performed a new song with country singers Nikki Lane and Sierra Ferrell, titled ‘Prettiest Girl In Country Music’.Del Rey made a guest appearance during Lane’s show in Austin, Texas, over the weekend, where the trio sang the track for the first time. Lana Del Rey has shared a new song, ‘Watercolor Eyes’, which is set to feature on the next episode of HBO‘s Euphoria and appear on the soundtrack for its second season.The slow-burning ballad sees Del Rey sing above a bed of gently-plucked, reverb-heavy guitars and understated percussion. “I think that you taste like rock candy / Sweet like beaches leave me all sandy,” the singer croons on the song’s refrain.‘Rock Candy Sweet’, it’s worth noting, was the title of an album Del Rey announced back in March of last year.
