The House Hunters franchise is expanding with a new spinoff. HGTV has ordered House Hunters: All Stars, set for premiere on Thursday, March 21. The 12-episode series will feature some of the network’s top real estate experts helping prospective buyers find dream properties in their own hometowns.
There is more Bargain Block coming your way. HGTV has renewed its hit Detroit-based home renovation series Bargain Block for a 10-episode fourth season and has ordered a five-episode spinoff series, Bargain Block: New Orleans.
Veteran HGTV designer Hilary Farr is saying farewell to one of the network’s most popular series, Love It or List It. Farr, alongside real estate agent David Visentin, has appeared in 258 episodes of the renovation show since it premiered in 2011, which will continue, presumably with Visentin staying on.

Discovery-owned cabler has renewed the “Flip or Flop” alum’s docuseries “Christina on the Coast” and “Christina in the Country” for additional seasons. From real estate and design star Hall, “Christina on the Coast” has received an additional 12-episode pickup, while “Christina in the Country” got another six-episode order. Per HGTV, the new episodes of each of Hall’s series “will continue to spotlight Christina’s cross-country adventures,” while “in both Southern California and Tennessee, the busy mom of three, author and entrepreneur will expand her growing design business alongside fellow designer and project manager James Bender as well as spend quality time with her children and husband Josh Hall.”

HGTV has renewed its hit series Fixer to Fabulous, starring Dave and Jenny Marrs, for a 16-episode fifth season. Additionally, the network has ordered a new four-episode spinoff series Fixer to Fabulous: Italiano, also featuring the home renovation and design experts.

The renewal follows solid ratings for the series’ freshman run, which drew over 25.5 million total viewers and ranked as a top 3 non-news/sports cable program among key demos, according to the network and Nielsen.
