Kane Brown and his wife, Katelyn, told ET they are ready to make history at the 2023 CMT Music Awards on Sunday. Should they take home the trophy for Video Of The Year, the duo will be the first-ever married couple to win the prize. «I mean of course it would be so special,» Katelyn told ET's Cassie DiLaura of the potential win.  The couple hit the red carpet in coordinated white outfits they attributed to their shared stylist.

Kelsea Ballerini and Chase Stokes made their adorable red carpet debut! On Sunday, the «Window With a View» singer and the star arrived together at the 2023 CMT Awards — marking their first major public appearance as a couple. Ballerini, who is co-hosting the ceremony alongside Kane Brown — wore a body-hugging corseted dress with pointed heels. It's possible that this isn't the only outfit the 29-year-old musician will wear this evening. Ballerini and Stokes have been linked since January, and she later confirmed their romance on the  podcast.

2023 CMT Music Awards! The awards show has announced a Lynyrd Skynyrd tribute that will include Billy Gibbons, Chuck Leavell, Cody Johnson, Paul Rodgers, Slash and Warren Haynes.The musicians will honor the band and the late original founding member Gary Rossington. LeAnn Rimes and Wynonna Judd will also be joining as the tribute as The Honkettes. The celebration comes 50 years after the launch of the band’s debut album. Dale Krantz Rossington, band member and wife of Rossington, is set to attend the tribute alongside fellow Lynyrd Skynyrd band members Johnny Van Zant and Rickey Medlock.This news comes after the show added Alanis Morissette and Gwen Stefani as performers to the star-studded lineup. Nominations for the 2023 CMT Music Awards are in!

Chris Willman Senior Music Writer and Chief Music Critic Nominations for the 2023 CMT Music Awards are led by country’s woman of the moment, Lainey Wilson, with four, followed by three apiece for Cody Johnson, newcomer Jelly Roll and the show’s recurring co-host, Kane Brown. For the second year in a row, the three-hour telecast will be getting its premiere network airing on CMT’s big sister network, CBS — along with a livestream on Paramount+ — and for the first time, it will be based out of Austin. The show goes out live from the Moody Center April 2 at 8 p.m. ET on the broadcast network and airs tape-delayed in the same time slot on the west coast. Several days after the broadcast and streaming premiere, the show will appear on its titular network, CMT, as an “extended cut” with 30 minutes of additional material, bringing the running time there to three and a half hours. That expanded edition bows on CMT April 6 at 8 ET/PT.
