Sony/ATV Music Publishing UK has signed a worldwide publishing deal with Labrinth, the London-born singer-songwriter and producer who has worked with the likes of Beyoncé, Kanye West and Nicki Minaj, and is also a member of super-group LSD.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Foundation added several heavy hitters from the music industry to its board of directors on Wednesday. The New York-based foundation, which is separate from but supports the Cleveland museum, announced the addition of UMPG chairman and CEO Jody Gerson, UMG evp Michele Anthony, Sony/ATV chairman and CEO Jon Platt, ViacomCBS Consumer Products president Pam Kaufman, and artist-songwriter-producer Pharrell Williams to the board.

After 15 years at Sony/ATV, co-president Danny Strick has left the company. Strick’s departure is part of a number of restructuring moves CEO/president Jon Platt has made since taking over the mantel last April when he replaced longtime chief Martin Bandier.A Sony/ATV representative declined to comment on plans to replace Strick.
