After her breakout role in the 2018 hit teen comedy Blockers, Geraldine Viswanathan went back to high school in a very different way via Cory Finley’s Bad Education. Based on true events, Viswanathan plays an intrepid student journalist named Rachel Bhargava, who exposes the corruption at the center of the Roslyn school district in Long Island, New York.

A new trailer has dropped for a film titled Bad Education, a movie that was doing the rounds at the late 2019 film festivals, including Toronto. The film will air on television – on HBO Stateside – and then on various other outlets globally. Ray Romano, Geraldine Viswanathan, Alex Wolff, and Rafael Casal are also amongst the cast of the feature, which is directed by Cory Finlay (Thoroughbreds).
