Too Hot to Handle star Francesca Farago and her fiancé Jesse Sullivan have confirmed that Francesca is expecting twins, just a week after announcing her pregnancy.Taking to TikTok on Sunday, 7 April, Jesse shared a snap of Francesca getting an ultrasound scan, as the doctor said: "I see two sacs." Under the video, Jesse, who is trans, confirmed, "We're having twins! We know it's early but we're preparing for the best." As Jesse, 33, videos the room, Francesca, 29, can be seen laying on the doctors' bed in a white long-sleeved top as they anxiously await the results of the scan.They even brought their cute Pomeranian dog with them, which sat happily on a chair in the room.The doctor asked Francesca if she was getting any pregnancy symptoms, to which she said she was having "lots of food aversions". The doctor said: "I can see two sacs" as both Jesse and Francesca gasped out loud, before Francesca turned to Jesse with her mouth wide open in shock.
