Christopher Storer, the creator, executive producer, director and co-showrunner of FX’s breakout comedy hit The Bear, has signed with WME for representation.

She said she was leaving and didn’t want to take any more of it on season one of FX’s hit summer Hulu streaming series The Bear. 

The long-awaited Season 3 premiere of Hulu‘s has been set for September 30.

The strong ensemble cast, headed by Jeremy Allen White (Phillip “Lip” Gallagher from “Shameless”) as moody protagonist Carmen “Carmy” Berzatto, creates an ego-deflating/inflating atmosphere fraught with tension, exhilaration, dark comedy, casual pettiness and bonding.Our story begins as Carmen, an acclaimed, tattooed, award-winning chef, leaves his high-pressure job and toxic boss in a sterile, world-renowned New York City restaurant and returns to Chicago to take over the family’s chaotic sandwich shop following the suicide of his brother, Michael, who ran the place with his best friend, Richie Jerimovich (Ebon Moss-Bachrach).The Original Beef of Chicagoland is a grungy, beaten-down, grease-stained storefront-part of a local neighborhood with a steady, loyal clientele (thanks in part to its ’80s-era video games).

Bella Hadid is joining the cast of “Ramy.” The model is expected to be a recurring guest star throughout Season 3 of the Hulu series.Details around her role are currently being kept under wraps.“Ramy” follows first-generation, Egyptian-American Ramy Hassan (Youssef) and his family as they navigate spirituality in their politically-divided New Jersey neighborhood. “Ramy” continues to bring a new perspective to the screen as it explores the challenges of what it’s like to be caught between a religious community who believes life is a moral test, and a millennial generation that doubts an afterlife even exists.

Jeremy Allen White has a brand new job!

Joe Otterson TV ReporterJeremy Allen White has been cast in the lead role of the FX comedy pilot “The Bear,” Variety has learned.In addition, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Ayo Edebiri, Lionel Boyce, Abby Elliott, and Matty Matheson have also been cast in the project, which was ordered to pilot at FX back in March.“The Bear” is about a young chef (White) who returns to Chicago to run the family restaurant. Christopher Storer is the writer and director of the pilot.

FX has handed a pilot order to half-hour The Bear, from Ramy executive producer/director Christopher Storer, Hiro Murai’s (Atlanta) Super Frog, Joanna Calo (Bojack Horseman, Undone) and FX Productions.
