Jonathan Glazer’s first feature film since 2013’s “Under the Skin” is the long-awaited and much anticipated “The Zone of Interest.” The drama premiered to rave reviews at the Cannes Film Festival in May, where it won the second-biggest award, the Grand Jury Prix prize. “Zone of Interest” features Sandra Hüller and Christian Friedel in the lead roles, and the drama follows a young family setting out to build their dream house.

EXCLUSIVE: Charlotte Le Bon (Falcon Lake) has joined Season 3 of HBO‘s The White Lotus in a role that is being recast. She is replacing Francesca Corney, who had been originally tapped for the part, sources close to production tell Deadline. HBO would not comment but we hear that the producers felt they needed someone who played older. Details regarding the character are being kept under wraps.

She will be credited under her given name, Lalisa Manobal, in the third season of the hit HBO series. As with all castings for the third season, her role is being kept under wraps.

Following months of rumors that Lisa Manobal of BLACKPINK fame was set to make her acting debut, it was revealed on Monday that she’s joining the cast of HBO‘s The White Lotus for Season 3, the studio confirms. The series will begin production in and around Koh Samui, Phuket, and Bangkok in February and will follow a new group of guests at another White Lotus property.

HBO in November 2022 announced a third season for , which will bring a new installment of the Mike White-created anthology series to screens.

Christian Friedel melts into his roles, most recently as the commandant of Auschwitz in Jonathan Glazer’s “The Zone of Interest.” The Dresden, Germany-based actor and musician fashioned Rudolf Höss as an executive on the rise: he’s a snappy dresser who’s efficient and knows how to get the most out of his employees and equipment —and how to suck up to his bosses. Except that he’s running a death camp and overseeing the murder of thousands of Jews and whoever else the Nazis didn’t like. He also oversees a large family run by his equally striving and efficient wife, Hedwig (played by Sandra Hüller, who’s having a great year — catch her in “Anatomy of a Fall”).
