Emmerdale actress Lucy Pargeter has revealed she plans to mark her 20th anniversary on the soap in style. Lucy, who has been playing the village’s Chas Dingle since she joined the show back in 2002, exclusively told OK! that while the time has flown, she’s enjoyed every second and can’t wait to celebrate.

Emmerdale viewers have been waiting to see what the brand new Woolpack pub will look like now it’s under new owners Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) and Ryan Stocks (James Moore).The iconic boozer, which was destroyed in a dramatic explosion at the end of last year, was previously owned by Chas Dingle (Lucy Pargeter) and Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock). However, the duo were forced to give it up when they got into money troubles and it went to auction.

Emmerdale fans have been waiting with baited breath to see who the new owner of The Woolpack will be. Names including Kim Tate (Claire King) and Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) have all been in the mix, some eagle-eyed viewers think they managed to uncover the true identity. But in Thursday evening's episode, the new owner, who will row over from Chas Dingle, was finally revealed as none other than Charity Dingle, along with Ryan Stocks.
