The Sundance Film Festival can be a strange beast. Having caught Natalie Erika James’ directorial debut “Relic” before the festival began, I assumed it would prompt a ton of interest from mini-majors and streamers alike.

A new trailer has arrived from an upcoming movie titled Relic which stars Emily Mortimer and Bella Heathcote. The film will come to cinemas and on VOD in the North American territories on 10th July. The film is awaiting release in other territories but did have a premiere at this year’s Sundance back in January. It was also part of the selection of the SXSW festival which was set to take place in March.

London-based production, finance and sales company Film Constellation has boarded the critically-lauded “Relic,” the debut feature from Natalie Erika James. The film, which stars Emily Mortimer (“Shutter Island”), Robyn Nevin (“The Matrix Trilogy”) and Bella Heathcote (“The Neon Demon”), had its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival in the Midnight section.
