The new show would hail from Aaron Korsh, the creator of “Suits.” At this time, it would not be a spinoff, prequel, or sequel to the original show, but rather would feature entirely new characters in a new setting. Nothing is finalized as of yet, but given the recent success of “Suits” on streaming, it is believed to be a high priority for NBCUniversal.

Suits just broke another Nielsen streaming record by extending its streak atop the weekly Top 10 to 12 straight weeks. Not too bad for a show that has been off the air for four years.
