It appears they’ll have to keep waiting for now. Speaking at the C2E2 fan convention in Chicago, Evans said a potential Captain America return “doesn’t quite feel right” at the moment. However, Evans did admit that telling more Captain America stories is appealing to him, so never say never. “It’s tough, because look, I love that role deeply,” Evans said when asked about returning as Captain America. “He means so much to me, and I really do. I think there’s more Steve Rogers stories tell, sure. But at the same time, I’m very, very precious with it…it’s like this little shiny thing that I have that I love so much, and I just don’t want to mess up in any way, and I was a part of something that was so special for the special period of time and in a way, it really landed so well.

Dolly Parton is missing her "very dear and special" friend Kenny Rogers ahead of the three-year anniversary of his death. "I miss him so much," Parton told People magazine of her frequent collaborator and close confidant.  "I've lost so many wonderful people in my life in the last few years. But Kenny - he was very, very dear and special and I never get tired of hearing us sing, all the years that we were on stage together." Rogers passed away in March 2020 from natural causes at the age of 81.

With Glass Animals, Arlo Parks and Japanese Breakfast all getting nominations for best new artist last year, it opens the door for acts other than the usual rock ‘n’ roll Grammy mainstays like Foo Fighters, AC/DC, Paul McCartney and Kings of Leon to really shine. On top of the alternative album award, which has existed since the early ’90s, they’ve even added a new category, best alternative music performance. This is a track and single category that will eliminate the need to push songs that are generally classified as alternative into either the rock or pop categories, as happened a few years ago when Beck’s “Colors” was thrown in with Post Malone, Camila Cabello, Ariana Grande and Lady Gaga for best pop solo performance at the 2019 Grammy Awards.

The FBI on Monday returned to the Kentucky property where missing mom Crystal Rogers was last seen in 2015, as the agency pursues any additional tips regarding the young woman’s disappearance.  Agents from the FBI’s Louisville Field Office traveled to 345 Paschal Ballard Lane in Bardstown, Kentucky early Monday morning to conduct "judicially authorized activity" related to Rogers’ July 2015 disappearance, the bureau announced on Twitter.  Rogers was 35-years-old when she was last seen on July 3, 2015, at the Paschal Ballard Lane address where a farm owned by the family of Roger’s boyfriend at the time, Brooks Houck, is located, local news station WDRB.com reported. Houck was the father of one of Rogers’ children and was allegedly the last person to have seen the woman before she disappeared.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is trying to determine if a man who appeared to be threatening officers with a gun was actually armed when they fatally shot him this week, a spokesperson said Thursday. Two Claremore police officers and and a Rogers County deputy shot Bobby Joe Johnston, 40, on Wednesday as he ran at them "in a threatening manner" along Interstate 44 in Claremore, about 25 miles northeast of Tulsa, OSBI spokesperson Brooke Arbeitman said. Johnston was taken to a hospital where he died, Arbeitman said.

The Weeknd finally brought his stadium tour home to Toronto on Thursday night for the first of two dates at the 45,000-capacity Rogers Centre — more than two months after a bizarre country-wide wireless outage caused the postponement of the show’s originally scheduled date, leaving the artist “crushed and heartbroken.” The magnitude of the belated moment was not lost on the man also known as Abel Tesfaye, who paused several times to soak it in with a megawatt smile, blowing kisses to the crowd. “Toronto, look what you’ve fuckin’ done,” he said from his sprawling stage set, which includes a miniature version of the Toronto skyline, as the real one towered behind him.

The Weeknd returned to his hometown of Toronto for an epic show at the Rogers Centre Thursday night.
