Michaela Zee Denis Villeneuve still wants to explore the world of Arrakis after “Dune: Part Two.” In a recent interview with Empire, the director shared his hopes for a third installment in the sci-fi epic film series, saying, “If I succeed in making a trilogy, that would be the dream.” On his plans for “Dune: Part Three,” Villeneuve teased, “I will say, there are words on paper.” “Dune: Part Three” would be based on “Dune Messiah,” the direct sequel to “Dune” author Frank Herbert’s 1965 original novel. Herbert wrote five sequels in total, including “Children of Dune” and “God Emperor of Dune.” Following Herbert’s death in 1986, his son Brian published several prequel novels and sequels in the “Dune” universe.

. The film, originally slated to release Nov. 3, will now be delayed until March 15, 2024.

The Rose have announced their upcoming 2023 ‘Dawn To Dusk’ US and Canada Tour.The Rose are set to return to North America almost a year after their 2022 ‘Heal Together’ Tour. Their new 2023 ‘Dawn To Dusk’ US and Canada Tour wiill kick off in early October at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco, California.Following which, The Rose will play shows in Seattle, Denver, Columbus, Miami and more, as well as concerts in the Canadian cities of Vancouver and Toronto.In November, the band will play three shows across Texas, in Houston, Grand Prairie and Austin, before wrapping things up with two final show in Phoenix and Inglewood.According to a poster for the concerts, The Rose’s 2023 ‘Dawn To Dusk’ tour will be headed to more countries soon.

Film Group is strongly considering pushing the Timothée Chalamet and Zendaya tentpole to next year, three individuals with knowledge of discussions told Variety. The film is a co-production with Legendary Entertainment and both parties must agree on a new release date, said one insider. Legendary has yet to be approached by WB about a move, they added. Another source familiar with Warner Bros. said that releases are moving forward as originally planned and no formal discussions have been had, but noted that the duration of the union battles are completely unpredictable.

From the central regions in and around Austin and Waco to the western panhandle near Amarillo, the Lone Star State is positioning itself for a production boom, aided by the Texas Moving Image Industry Incentive program, recently passed by the state legislature. “We were able to receive such great funding and have such support from the legislators across the board on both sides of the aisle, from rural areas to the cities,” says Mindy Raymond, communications director for the Texas Media Production Alliance, noting the leap in funding from the previous legislative session ($45 million) to this one ($200 million).
