Jamie Foxx will be playing Mike Tyson on the small screen in a limited series, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Jamie Foxx is heading to the boxing ring.The Oscar winner will play boxing great Mike Tyson for an «authorized» biographical limited series, , it was announced Monday. Foxx will also executive produce alongside Tyson, Martin Scorsese and director Antoine Fuqua.will span the life of the boxing legend.“I have been looking to tell my story for quite some time,” said Tyson in a statement.

Mike Tyson's life is being turned into a limited series — which Margot Robbie will be producing. Hulu has picked up an eight-episode series called, from the team behind  the streamer announced at its Television Critics Association winter press tour on Thursday. The series promises to explore the «wild, tragic and controversial» life and career of Tyson, one of the most polarizing figures in sports culture.
