Initially slated by Focus Featuers for a December 1, 2023, theatrical release, the SAG-AFTRA strike forced the distributor to push the film to 2024.

James Vanderbilt helms and writes the film, adapting Jack El-Hai‘s “The Nazi And The Psychiatrist” for the big screen. “Nuremberg” is a co-production between Bluestone Entertainment and Walden Media, with Széchenyi Fund also financing the film.
