According to new docs obtained by ET, RHODE-NYC, LLC filed a trademark lawsuit against Bieber's company, claiming that her new brand is «trademark-infringing» and will «quickly swamp» their company's «market presence, confuse the marketplace and ultimately destroy the goodwill and reputation of the RHODE brand.»RHODE, a clothing and lifestyle brand was started in 2014 by Purna Khatau and Phoebe Vickers, with its clothing having been worn by celebrities such as Beyoncé, Tracee Ellis Ross and Lupita Nyong'o.In the suit, Khatau and Vickers argue that the new brand rhode, Bieber's recently released skincare line named after her middle name, is «built upon Ms.

The internet has gone into a frenzy following the viral moment Will Smith approached Chris Rock as he presented an Oscar, slapping him for a joke he made about Jada Pinkett Smith.  The meme world quickly caught on to an image of Nicole Kidman, seemingly "reacting" to the wild moment on Sunday night.  As it turns out, the image of Kidman, shocked with her mouth wide open, happened before the Oscars began broadcasting.  This image of Nicole Kidman at the Oscars 2022 has gone viral after people attributed her reaction to the Chris Rock, Will Smith altercation on Sunday night. The best actress nominee, 54, was photographed as guests were still taking their seats, hours before the altercation occurred between Rock and Smith.  Fans seemingly not realizing when the Kidman moment had occurred quickly took to Twitter Sunday night, adding the photo of Kidman, claiming her "reaction" is "meme worthy."
