Based on the Tony-nominated Broadway musical, Paramount Pictures' new  film will see the return of some familiar faces and a host of new ones too. With Busy Philipps confirmed in the role of Regina George's mom, and Jenna Fischer set to star as Cady Heron's mom, ET is taking a look at the cast — from newcomers like Reneé Rapp to the OG of the  squad, Tina Fey.Philipps will step into Amy Poehler's shoes, playing Mrs. George, Regina George's mother, the role the alum originated in the 2004 flick.

Katie Reul editor Actors Josh Brolin and Sophie Thatcher are set to receive top honors at the 2023 Sun Valley Film Festival amid a jam-packed slate of cinematic programming. Brolin will take home the festival’s Vision Award, which is annually bestowed to industry gamechangers whose work has irrefutably shaped the entertainment sphere. The honor will be presented to Brolin during an April 1 ceremony, followed by a conversation on his career. Most recently, Brolin starred in and executive produced the Prime Video series “Outer Range.” The actor scored an Academy Award nomination in 2008 for his performance in Gus Van Sant’s “Milk,” and has held key roles in other acclaimed films including “No Country for Old Men,” “American Gangster,” “Sicario” and “Oldboy.” The “Avengers” franchise star will join an elite group of past honorees such as Geena Davis, Clint Eastwood, Gal Gadot, Ethan Hawke and Amy Poehler.

The 2023 SAG Awards were full of fun and quirky moments.

Comedy legends Amy Poehler and Tina Fey are hitting the road! For their first-ever joint comedy tour, the  alums have announced a limited run of four East Coast shows in spring 2023. The produced by Live Nation, will showcase the comedy stylings of real-life best friends Fey and Poehler like fans have never seen them before. “Thirty years of friendship with an evening of jokes, iconic stories and conversational entertainment," a press release for the tour teased. The tour kicks off on April 28 at the DAR Constitution Hall in Washington, D.C.

The long-time friends are hitting four cities, beginning in Washington D.C. on April 28 at DAR Constitution Hall and stopping at Chicago’s The Chicago Theatre on May 20 and Boston’s MGM Music Hall at Fenway on June 9 before concluding in Atlantic City at Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena on June 10. The show promises to “celebrate their thirty years of friendship with an evening of jokes, iconic stories and conversational entertainment.” “If this tour goes right, we can finally end this friendship,” Poehler and Fey said in a joint statement.

NBC will pay tribute to Carol Burnett on her 90th birthday with Carol Burnett: 90 Years of Laughter + Love. The two-hour special will air on her birthday, Wednesday, April 26 at 8 p.m. ET/PT and will also stream the next day on Peacock.

With Aubrey Plaza as the host of Saturday Night Live and Amy Poehler dropping in as a surprise during the monologue, it was only natural the stars reprised their Parks and Recreation roles.

Aubrey Plaza took over Studio 8H at 30 Rockefeller Center as the host of Saturday Night Live and relived her past as an NBC Studios page and ran into some familiar faces.

The beloved actress, who played the feisty Ethel Beavers on the hit show, passed away on Wednesday - a cause of death has not been revealed. Paying tribute to the star, her family's statement read: 'Helen passed away last night.
