The 95th Academy Awards are finally here. Tonight, some of the world’s biggest stars will descend on Hollywood to attend the film industry’s most prestigious awards ceremony.
Colin Farrell, Cate Blanchett, Austin Butler, Brendan Fraser, Jamie Lee Curtis and Steven Spielberg will be amongst the celebs in attendance, each hoping to take home a coveted Oscar statuette. But if you aren’t one of the lucky select few to bag an invitation to iconic event, you can still catch up with all the action from the comfort of your own home.
Film fans here in the UK can watch the entire event – including its red carpet pre-show – as it unfolds across the pond. Here is how UK audiences can watch the Oscars 2023 in the UK:

As the Academy Awards take place in the evening on the United States’ West Coast, viewers here in the UK will be in for a late night. The Oscars will be broadcast live in the UK from 11pm until 4am.
As usual, the Oscars will be broadcast in the UK exclusively on Sky. For those wanting to see the stars make their glamorous entrances, the Oscars 2023: Red Carpet Live will air from 11pm until midnight on Sky Showcase and Sky News.

The main event will be broadcast from midnight on Sky Showcase, Sky Cinema Oscars, Sky Arts, and Sky News. Sky Arts and Sky News are both free-to-air channels and available on Freeview, while Sky Showcase is also available with streaming service Now.
But if you don’t fancy staying up until the early hours, the Oscars will also be available on demand with Sky and Now.
