Tommy Fury discusses Bambi's name and says he 'couldn't say no to Molly-Mae's choice'

Tommy Fury appeared on Loose Women on Thursday afternoon to talk more about his boxing win against Jake Paul and his new baby daughter, Bambi. Just a few weeks after his daughter was born, Tommy, 23, had to travel to Saudi Arabia for the highly-anticipated boxing match against YouTuber Jake Paul that had been 2.5 years in the making.Talking about his win, as well as his new role as a first-time father after he and his and Love Island sweetheart Molly-Mae Hague's daughter was born last month, Tommy was asked about choosing Bambi as her name.
While sitting with the Loose Women panel, Tommy was asked how they decided on the unique name. "It's a really amazing story to be honest, cause obviously in the [Love Island] villa, we would obviously talk about it.Then when we left, we would talk about it even more about having babies.
"It was only one name for our little girl and it was Bambi because when Molly was young, she only ever wanted to call her little daughter one thing, and that was Bambi. "So I'm not gonna be that guy that says no, you know? And I loved the name anyway." He was then asked how much he loves being a dad, to which he replied: "It's the best thing that has ever happened to me.
You know, forget the boxing." This earned a round of applause by both the panel and the audience.Tommy continued: "The boxing is a small thing in comparison to being a father, you know, waking up every day and just seeing her beautiful face. I mean, you can't be in a bad mood.
So I feel like a different man through her being here." Molly-Mae had previously revealed that she'd had her baby named picked out for several years and it was a "different" name and that her fans might "hate it". She told her fans during a Q&A on her YouTube
