Shaun Ryder has opened up about his weight-loss journey, revealing that he's lost two stone since taking the controversial weight-loss jab Ozempic. After opening up about suffering from an under-active thyroid, the Happy Mondays star, 60, added that it was his return to I'm A Celebrity for the show's special all-stars series that made him realise he need to lose weight. South Africa, which was pre-recorded in September and saw the musician axed from the show alongside Gillian McKeith after they failed a trial. Reflecting on his time in the jungle, Shaun said that struggled in part due to his ill-health. He told The Sun: “Being 60 with hip problems, thyroid problems, f**king testosterone problems and everything else.
