Riley Keough and her husband Ben Smith-Peterson filmed a sex scene for her new series Daisy Jones & the Six, and she spilled some tea about the experience.
The 33-year-old actress stars in the project alongside the likes of Sam Clafin and Suki Waterhouse. However, her husband makes a cameo to film an intimate moment in one of the earliest episodes.
During a recent interview, she explained how the scene differed from a typical intimate moment captured on camera between co-stars. She also shared if it was more or less awkward with her husband.

While on Late Night with Seth Meyers, Riley said that the show’s producers floated the idea of the cameo to her husband, who agreed.
They thought it might be easier. That was not the case.
“It was more awkward,” Riley shared. “I think that they were thinking it would be less awkward, then we got there and like this is really uncomfortable. Because, I mean, like, for one, I’ve never had pretend sex with my husband.”
She noted that the couple was “just giggling the whole time,” which isn’t at all how most sex scenes go.
Riley has previously revealed the lie she told while auditioning for the role.
