In what is turning out to be a very busy month for Madonna, the superstar has announced a new single with none other than Sam Smith. The tune, titled “Vulgar,” will be available on June 9.Madonna made the release official through her social media platforms, where she shared the single’s artwork. The song’s cover consists of a black-and-white photograph featuring two tightly laced corsets, with both Madonna’s and Smith’s initials cleverly forming “S&M,” boldly displayed.

Lewis Capaldi brought Radio 1’s Big Weekend to a close in truly epic style. The Scottish singer-songwriter was part of an epic line-up for this year’s festival in Dundee, playing alongside the likes of Anne-Marie, the Jonas Brothers, Raye, and Saturday night headliners The 1975. Also on the bill were Thirty Seconds To Mars, who were originally due to play yesterday, before technical difficulties led to a change in scheduling.

Kelly Clarkson is taking her eponymous talk show to New York City, all in the name of family.It was first announced in early May that Clarkson would be moving from its longtime home in Los Angeles to Manhattan, and now the pop superstar and daytime talk show host is explaining the reasons for the big switch.Speaking with Nancy O'Dell on the TalkShopLive podcast recently, Clarkson explained that she first broke the news of the move to her staff back in January.«I talked to them because I was like, 'Guys, I need you to know what’s happening. It’s either I’m not going to be able to continue the show or I gotta go East Coast,'» Clarkson recalled.The singer explained that, during the coronavirus pandemic, she realized «being isolated and so far from your family… that’s not good for anyone.»«My family is East Coast, they’re North Carolina based.

Taylor Swift is releasing a deluxe edition of her album Midnights on Friday, May 26, and it will include three new songs, including "Karma," a collaboration with New York rapper Ice Spice. "I’m a massive fan of this brilliant artist," Swift wrote on Twitter, "and after getting to know her I can confirm: she is THE ONE to watch." One of the other new songs is a revisited version of the previously released track "Snow on the Beach" featuring Lana Del Rey.

The Foo Fighters have revealed that they have a new drummer joining the band, a year after Taylor Hawkins’ death. Josh Freese, who has been performing with the band at tribute concerts in memory of Taylor, has previously played drums for The Offspring, Sting, Paramore, Lana Del Rey, Rob Zombie, Bruce Springsteen, A Perfect Circle, Guns N’ Roses, Nine Inch Nails, the Vandals and Weezer, among others. In recent months, speculation regarding who the Foo Fighters’ new drummer would be has been rife, with Josh and Rufus Taylor of The Darkness both rumoured to be taking on the role.

Foo Fighters have officially revealed their new drummer, who will take over from the late Taylor Hawkins. Josh Freese has joined Dave Grohl and the rest of the band ahead of the release of new album But Here We Are and an upcoming summer of live shows and festival appearances.
