Paris Hilton's mother Kathy Hilton had previously rankled the socialite - who announced Tuesday she has welcomed her first child- with remarks two months ago in which she said that Paris and husband Carter Reum had struggled to conceive a baby together.Paris, 41, told TMZ November 16, 'I don’t know where she got that - it’s never been a struggle at all,' adding that she and her spouse had been 'stocking up' and had 'tons of embryos that have all just been waiting' for IVF.Paris - who wed Reum, 41, in November 2021, and has spoken openly about their journey to conceive via IVF - on Tuesday took to Instagram with an image of a small hand in a large hand, with the caption, 'You are already loved beyond words,' along with a blue heart emoji.
