Kanye West has been hit with a lawsuit by a photographer over an alleged phone-throwing incident. Nichol Lechmanik is suing the rapper after he allegedly grabbed her phone and threw it onto the street while she filmed him outside a sports academy in Newbury Park, California on 27 January. According to the complaint filed in Ventura County Superior Court on Wednesday, Lechmanik claimed that while she was in her car filming the rapper's ex-wife Kim Kardashian, she noticed him "angrily confronting" another photographer on the street.
