Jane McDonald oozed glamour as she stepped in to host the British Soap Awards and proved she was more than ready for the role. The TV icon, 60, stepped in at the last minute to replace former This Morning presenter Phillip Schofield as host for the British Soap Awards 2023 after he stepped down from ITV. The lavish soiree on Saturday evening saw soap stars from Emmerdale, Coronation Street, EastEnders, Hollyoaks and Doctors glam up to celebrate the best and brightest talent from the past year.
