However, the on-and-off couple made a rare appearance together for the first time in five months to attend Disneyland in Anaheim, California with their four-year-old daughter Stormi.

The source told Entertainment Tonight: "Kylie has been focusing on getting back into her routine and working out regularly. She's been eating healthy and spending time with her entire family and close friends.
