Greater Manchester Police (GMP) officers say they found a large quantity of suspected drugs in a black Mercedes car that was spotted being 'driven at speed' last night.
Detectives from the specialist Challenger programme, along with officers from the Xtreme Force unit and one of Greater Manchester Police force's police dogs have seized what they suspect to be large quantities of class A and B drugs from the vehicle, after they stopped it in the city on Saturday, October 8.
According to a post published on social media at 3:48am on Sunday, a Mercedes car seen driving at speed in Manchester by officers was pulled over. Police then conducted a search of the vehicle with the aid of a sniffer dog and found around one hundred plastic sachets containing white substances and numerous other small plastic bags containing suspicious materials.
