Former Manchester United forward Louis Saha has suggested that Harry Kane "will want to play with Marcus Rashford" as the Tottenham striker continues to be linked with a move to Old Trafford.
MEN Sport understands Kane is Erik ten Hag's prime striker target to reinforce the United attack in the summer, with sources saying that the Reds manager is intent on signing the 29-year-old as he approaches the final year of his contract.
The Reds are realistically the only Premier League side Kane could join in the summer if he is to leave Spurs, given that United are likely to have qualified for the Champions League and their priority is to sign a high-quality centre forward. However, Bayern Munich are expected be in the market for a striker and could be an option for the England captain should he choose to move abroad.

Kane, who became Tottenham's all-time leading goalscorer last month, is the striker that many United fans want the club to sign in the summer. Former Reds man Saha, meanwhile, believes the 29-year-old could be the difference-maker in helping Ten Hag's side win the Premier League.
"If Manchester United want to win the Premier League, then Harry Kane is the man who can help them do that," he told OLBG. "I respect [Wout] Weghorst but he does not have Kane's quality and I am sure that he will want to play with Rashford every week.
"He has committed to Tottenham for a long time and done wonders for them. I don't think anyone will hold it against him, because he has proven his loyalty and shown that he is a Spurs fan.
