Ferne McCann has spoken for the first time about suffering a heartbreaking miscarriage last year. The former The Only Way is Essex star opened up in the latest episode of her ITVBe series, First Time Mum, as fans were shown the sweet moment she told her fiance Lorri Haines that she was expecting again.

Sadly, she realised she was having an early miscarriage. "I was really, really upset. I think Lorri found it really hard to comprehend," she added.
