'The Voice': Niall Horan Dresses Exactly Like Blake Shelton to Celebrate His Last Blind Audition

Niall Horan and Blake Shelton’s budding bromance was back in full force on Tuesday’s episode of !Tuesday marked the last night of this season's Blind Auditions, which also means that it’s Blake’s last Blinds as he prepares to depart the NBC singing competition after 23 seasons. So, to celebrate, Niall showed that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery — and dressed just like Blake.Gray shirt, black jacket, a pair of jeans that definitely came out of Blake’s closet and, of course, cowboy boots — Niall went the whole nine! Fellow coaches Kelly Clarkson and Chance the Rapper could only double over in laughter as Blake praised his «son's» new look.Niall even copied Blake when it came to the next singer up, as they both pressed their buttons for 19-year-old Grace West, who wowed the coaches with her cover of Pam Tillis' «Maybe It Was Memphis.»«We did this as a gag,» Niall sheepishly admitted to the young singer of his getup.«I think you look really cool!» Blake praised.

‘The Last of Us’ Season 2 Will Have ‘A Lot More Infected,’ Creators Address Complaints About Lack of Action

Jordan Moreau SPOILER ALERT: This interview contains spoilers from the Season 1 finale of “The Last of Us,” now streaming on HBO Max. For a show about a post-apocalyptic world torn apart by a deadly fungus that creates zombie-like creatures, there weren’t a whole lot of zombies in the final episodes of “The Last of Us.” Series creators Craig Mazin and Neil Druckmann have seen the complaints about the infrequent zombie mayhem in the HBO drama series, but fans can rest assured that Season 2 will have “a lot more infected.” “Ultimately, we generally stressed the power of relationships and trying to find significance within moments of action,” Mazin told reporters during a virtual press conference for “The Last of Us” last week. “And so there may be less action than some people wanted because we couldn’t necessarily find significance for quite a bit of it, or [there was] concern that it would be repetitive. After all, you’re not playing it, you’re watching it. And although a lot of people do like to watch gameplay, it needs to be a little more focused and purposeful when we’re putting it on TV.”

How to Watch Every ‘Real Housewives’ City Online

Anna Tingley If you purchase an independently reviewed product or service through a link on our website, Variety may receive an affiliate commission. Every Bravo-holic has their “Real Housewives” city of choice, but the most loyal devotees don’t play favorites. Just this week, Lukas Gage from “The White Lotus” said in an interview that they’re “all beautiful in different ways” after being asked which series is his favorite. According to Gage, New Jersey is “unhinged”; New York is “classy”; Beverly Hills is the “O.G.” “Real Housewives” fans also know that different cities will usher in high levels of drama every year. Salt Lake City, for example, inarguably offered the most entertainment value last year. The 90-minute episode that sees Jen Shah go on the run as the police show up to arrest her might have been one of the best episodes of TV all year. The former reality star has now been sentenced to 6.5 years in prison for fraud.

‘Afire’ Review: A Summer Retreat Brings No Peace in Christian Petzold’s Superb, Smoldering New Film

Guy Lodge Film Critic If any writer has ever retreated to a remote, idyllic rural pad with the intention of getting some work done, and proceeded to have a productive and creatively fulfilling time, it has certainly never happened in the movies. Leon, the callow young novelist at the center of Christian Petzold’s canny, many-layered new film “Afire,” is the latest in a long line of onscreen scribes to learn that lesson. But over the course of a hot, rainless summer by the Baltic coastline, the elusiveness of his imagined masterwork turns out to be far from his greatest problem: Writer’s block spills over into bitter social paralysis, exposing every facet of life he doesn’t yet know how to live, let alone write about. All the while, the surrounding woodsy landscape wilts and scorches, the threat of natural disaster lending an urgent pull to this dry, elegant comedy of manners — so dry, in fact, it’s just a breath of wind away from tragedy.
