Escape To The Chateau's Angel Strawbridge reportedly launched into a foul-mouthed tirade towards a producer in leaked audio recording.
This comes after Channel 4 previously announced it had cut ties with Angel and husband Dick Strawbridge after nine seasons of Escape To The Chateau. A TV insider claimed the couple were 'spiky' and 'volatile' behind the scenes of the popular home renovation show.
Following accusations of their conduct, a leaked recording of Angel was obtained by Deadline where she can reportedly be heard calling a producer a “f****d up little c**t.”
During the audio clip, Angel can reportedly be heard questioning producers about a delay to her schedule before accusing one of the unnamed crew members of posting images on Instagram of a man who had a likeness to her husband, Dick.
“Who is that inspired by when you’re f*****g working at the chateau? Just tell me that and then you can f*****g leave and this is me f*****g angry because I think you’re a f****d up little c**t,” she said.
The audio is believed to be recorded from one of the first four seasons of Escape to the Chateau. Elsewhere in the recording, Angel said that her husband Dick talked to people like “s**t,” to which a producer responded: “And I don’t like that either.”
The Daily Record has reached out to Channel 4 for comment.
Following their Channel 4 axe, sources told the Daily Mail that the pair were "volatile" and hid their genuine personalities on screen.
An insider said: "Dick and Angel come across on screen as the most gorgeous and lovely couple, literally like butter wouldn't melt, but they're not like that off screen. They're just spiky and volatile people - and as you can imagine, that's a nightmare to work with."
