Coronation Street fans think they know how Daisy Midgeley will eventually be caught out by Ryan Connor as she chickened out of telling him that she is the one who has been messaging him under the guise of 'Crystal'.
The DJ took a shine to the club promoter when she arrived on the cobbles and she was soon offering him his dream job in Ibiza. But Ryan's life was turned upside down and he has been struggling to come to terms to what has happened to him after being the victim of a horrifying acid attack.
Ryan was left with burns to his face and arm after he stepped in and took the brunt of the acid hurled at ex Daisy by her stalker Justin Rutherford on her wedding day. He suffered a blow when he looked at his injuries for the first time in the ITV soap and was told by the surgeon that he was not healing as they had hoped and he needed a skin graft.

Ryan was also crushed when his ex-girlfriend Alya Nazir told him that she only wanted to be friends. In order to give him a boost Daisy invited Ryan's Ibiza club promoter friend Crystal to see him, but she later told Daisy that she no longer had a job in the offing for him, and wasn't interested in him romantically either.
Feeling more guilty than she did before, Daisy has since been messaging Ryan pretending to be Crystal. Last week, Corrie viewers watched as Ryan, alone in the flat, was overcome by a wave of pain and unable to go out as planned, instinctively called Crystal. But it was Daisy who later came to his rescue when he fell ill and later told he had contracted sepsis.
